Schoffel Men's Ketton Jacket II in Tundra uses a Venturi 2-layer fabric to ensure it is both waterproof and windproof.
This jacket has the added benefit of packing into the internal chest pocket, meaning you can take this jacket on your travels and it won't take up space or add weight.
